Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the HelixMC Minecraft multiplayer server ("the Server") and its related website (together, "the Service"). By registering for the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

  • The Service is a Minecraft multiplayer server with a monthly membership fee (RM10 per month).
  • The in-game world is automatically reset every two weeks. A reset deletes everything players have built or collected, including structures and items. This is part of the design of the Service, and resets are not grounds for any refund or compensation.
  • The contents of the Service (features, pricing, reset frequency, etc.) may change with prior notice.

2. Eligibility

  • The Service is primarily intended for people aged 18 or over.
  • If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian before registering.
  • The information you provide at registration (email address and Minecraft account) must be accurate.
  • Registering with someone else's Minecraft account without their permission is prohibited.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited. Violations may lead to a warning, a temporary suspension or a permanent ban (see section 5).

  • Harassing, abusing or discriminating against other players
  • Scamming or fraud inside or outside the Server (e.g. tricking players out of items)
  • Using unauthorised clients or mods (cheats, X-ray, etc.)
  • Deliberately exploiting vulnerabilities in the Server
  • Gaining unauthorised access to another person's account
  • Making false reports, or using the report feature to harass others

4. Payment and membership

  • The fee is RM10 per month, paid through the payment provider ToyyibPay. Each payment grants 30 days of access.
  • You are added to the Server's whitelist once your payment is confirmed.
  • When your paid period ends, you are automatically removed from the whitelist. You can rejoin at any time by paying again.

5. Warnings, restrictions and bans

  • At the operators' discretion, violations of these Terms are handled with a warning, a temporary suspension or a permanent ban.
  • Conduct judged to be serious may result in an immediate ban without prior warning.
  • As a rule, no refund is given when an account is permanently banned (see section 6).
  • If you disagree with a decision, please contact us through the contact form.

6. Refunds

  • As a rule, monthly fees already paid are not refunded for cancellations made for personal reasons.
  • If a serious fault on the operators' side (such as a prolonged server outage) makes it substantially impossible to provide the Service, refunds will be considered case by case.
  • No refund is given for the remaining period when an account is banned for violating these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

  • The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Server or the integrity of any data.
  • The operators are not responsible for data lost as a result of world resets.
  • The operators are not responsible for interruptions caused by events outside their control, including natural disasters, network failures or outages at the VPS provider.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be amended with prior notice where necessary. If you continue to use the Service after a change, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms.
