Which edition of Minecraft do I need?
Minecraft: Java Edition with a genuine account. Cracked clients can't connect.
What happens when the world resets?
Everything in the world — builds and items — is wiped and a new world is generated. Resets are part of the design and aren't refundable.
Does my membership renew automatically?
No. Each payment adds 30 days. When it runs out you're removed from the whitelist until you pay again.
I paid but can't join the server.
Payments usually apply within a minute, and always within a few minutes. Check that you're joining with the account shown on your member page; if it still fails, contact us.
I registered the wrong Minecraft account.
Don't pay again — send us a message below with your registered email and the correct username, and we'll fix it.
Can I get a refund?
As a rule, fees aren't refunded for personal reasons. See the Refund Policy for the details and exceptions. Refund Policy
I'm under 18. Can I join?
Yes, with a parent or guardian's consent. They should read the Terms of Service with you before you sign up.
